Sunset Park - Carson City

I was at a meet-up with some other moms at Fuji Park when one of them asked if we'd been to the toddler park here in town. WHAT?! There's a toddler park here?! I found out a location and within a few day we found ourselves stopping in for our first visit to Sunset Park. 

This really is a perfect park for toddlers! Almost every piece of equipment here is geared towards the littlest of littles. No huge slides, scary tall fireman poles or ladders, or frustratingly difficult climbing structures. It's all just the perfect size!
It DOES have toddler swings, nice shade trees, and a drinking fountain (but no bathroom), plenty of green space, and of course the play structure.

Parking here is just street side parking on W. Sunset Rd. You can park right next to the playground so you don't have to hike across the park to get to the fun.
