Over the summer we tried to visit as many of the Carson City Parks as we could. I don't think we got to all of them (not by a long shot), but we sure tried! This park is little, but pretty nice if you're in the area and your kids need to get outside and get moving.
Located on Long Street, not far from downtown, this little park is tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. The only parking is street side, but the road isn't very busy. There are no amenities here besides the play structure and benches to sit on.
This park has a good amount of grassy space where kids can run and play. While there are big gorgeous trees around this park, none of them directly shade the playground. The play structure itself is fairly small, with a couple slides some monkey bars and a tunnel making up most of structure. This structure would probably be a little difficult for a young toddler to climb up.
